Seahawks vs. Broncos Prediction, Odds & Spread: TNF Week 6The Seahawks are a 59% favorite to beat the Broncos
Seattle's backfield is the story on a short week. Mike Macdonald said Sunday that Zach Charbonnet isn't expected back for Thursday Night Football in Denver, and rookie Jadarian Price is still on injured reserve. Denver has its own problem: star cornerback Pat Surtain II is out with an ankle injury. Both teams are 3-2. Seattle lost 32-29 at home to the unbeaten 49ers, while Denver won 23-17 at the Chargers. Prediction markets give the Seahawks a 59% chance to win on the road, and Kalshi has the spread at Seahawks −2.5 with the total at 40.5 points.

Seahawks remain TNF favorites despite four-turnover loss to 49ers
Seattle heads to Denver on a short week after a costly loss to San Francisco, but prediction markets still favor the Seahawks for Thursday Night Football.
The Seattle Seahawks are heading into Thursday Night Football with little time to fix the mistakes that cost them Sunday’s game against San Francisco. Four turnovers handed the 49ers 21 points in a 32-29 loss, dropping Seattle to 3-2 ahead of its October 15 matchup against the Denver Broncos.
The Seahawks remain favorites in Week 6 prediction market odds, with Seattle priced around 60% to win as of Tuesday morning. The matchup is already attracting considerable attention from traders, with approximately $508,000 traded across game markets, the highest total of any Week 6 matchup.
Seattle’s biggest problem is ball security. Quarterback Sam Darnold completed 18 of 29 passes for 195 yards against San Francisco but threw two interceptions, while fumbles from Emanuel Wilson and George Holani contributed to the Seahawks’ turnover total.
San Francisco capitalized repeatedly on short fields, scoring three first-half touchdowns on possessions following Seattle giveaways. The Seahawks still managed to take the lead in the second half before losing on a late field goal.
For prediction-market traders, Seattle’s ability to remain competitive despite those mistakes offers a reason why the Seahawks are still favored. But the short turnaround leaves little time to correct the problems before facing a Denver team coming off a 23-17 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba’s ankle adds another concern
Seattle’s short week also comes with an injury question surrounding its leading receiver.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba caught five passes for 102 yards and a touchdown against San Francisco but appeared on Monday’s estimated injury report with an ankle issue. He was listed as limited, although he finished Sunday’s game.
Linebackers Drake Thomas and Chazz Surratt were listed as nonparticipants, while defensive tackle Leonard Williams was limited with an ankle injury.
Running back Zach Charbonnet is also not expected to return Thursday as he continues recovering from last season’s ACL injury.
Seahawks vs. Broncos prediction markets
Seattle entered the week as a narrow favorite on Kalshi and Polymarket, with the market moving further toward the Seahawks despite Sunday’s defeat.
The matchup is also the most heavily traded game of Week 6 so far, making Thursday’s contest an early test of where traders see value following the latest results and injuries.
Seattle’s passing game, the status of Smith-Njigba and the team’s turnover problems are among the biggest factors to watch before kickoff.
