Bills vs. Raiders prediction market preview

The Bills are coming off an impressive 37-34 overtime road win over the Rams in what could have been a Super Bowl preview. The Raiders got trounced by the Patriots, 45-17.

Las Vegas had been one of the feel-good stories early in the 2026 season after starting 3-0, but the Raiders have now lost back-to-back games.

Buffalo leads the AFC East standings at 4-1. The Bills are the second betting favorite (12%) to win Super Bowl 61 at Kalshi, trailing only the 49ers (14%).

Las Vegas has opted to keep veteran Kirk Cousins at quarterback. No. 1 overall draft pick Fernando Mendoza will likely play at some point this season, but don’t expect to see him against the Bills unless Cousins gets injured.

Buffalo and Las Vegas are among five teams to be 4-1 ATS this season. The Bills are also 2-1 when laying 5.5 or more points.

In terms of the total, it’s important to note that Buffalo’s defense has been suspect. The Bills rank 30th in allowing 388.6 yards per game. They’ve also allowed 18 touchdowns.

This game will be dictated by the better running game. Las Vegas struggles on the ground and ranks near the bottom of the league with 82 rushing yards per game. With RB1 James Cook (team-high 532 yards) carrying the load, Buffalo ranks fifth at 158 rypg.

QB Josh Allen is also capable as a runner, ranking second behind Cook with 239 yards on the season. He also leads Buffalo with eight rushing touchdowns.

Las Vegas could struggle to stay within shouting distance of Buffalo in this one. The Raiders were exposed last Sunday against New England, and it may be another long afternoon against Buffalo.
