The Spurs changed the tone of the NBA Finals with a big Game 3 win at Madison Square Garden, snapping New York’s 13-game playoff winning streak and cutting the Knicks’ lead to 2-1. Game 4 is set for Wednesday, June 10, with Polymarket pricing New York as a narrow home favorite. San Antonio needed a response after dropping the first two games at home. The Spurs answered by beating the Knicks 115-111 in New York, ending the Knicks’ long playoff winning streak and preventing the series from tilting toward a potential sweep.

New York still leads 2-1, but the Game 4 market is much tighter than the series position. Polymarket has the Knicks at 54% to win Game 4, while the Spurs are at 46% as they try to take a second straight game at Madison Square Garden and send the series back to San Antonio tied. A San Antonio win would also make this the first NBA Finals in which the road team won each of the first four games.

Polymarket’s championship market also moved after Game 3. New York had climbed as high as 78% to win the title before the Spurs’ win, but the Knicks are now at 63%, while San Antonio is at 38%. Game 4 will give traders a cleaner read on whether Game 3 was a one-game correction or the start of a larger Spurs reset.

Jalen Brunson remains the Knicks’ main offensive barometer after scoring 32 points in Game 3. New York also got a strong scoring game from OG Anunoby, who finished with 28 points, but the Knicks did not get the same frontcourt production that helped them in San Antonio. Karl-Anthony Towns had been a major part of New York’s 2-0 start before a quieter Game 3, making his rebound market one of the more important Knicks props for Game 4.

Victor Wembanyama helped change the series tone with his best Finals performance so far, posting 32 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists in San Antonio’s Game 3 win. Stephon Castle also gave the Spurs a major lift with 23 points, giving San Antonio another scoring option beyond Wembanyama and De’Aaron Fox. Fox’s assist market remains important because San Antonio’s best Game 4 path likely requires steadier playmaking around Wembanyama, rather than another late-game scramble.

Polymarket’s Finals MVP market still has Brunson as the top option at 48%, with Wembanyama at 38% after leading San Antonio’s Game 3 win. Towns, who moved into the discussion after back-to-back double-doubles to open the series, is at 15% heading into Game 4.
