Game 3 prediction market odds: Knicks vs. Spurs

The Knicks head back to Madison Square Garden with a 2-0 series lead after winning both games in San Antonio. New York took Game 1 by 10 points, then held on for a 105-104 win in Game 2 after San Antonio made a late push. The Knicks have now won 13 straight playoff games, and Game 3 gives them a chance to put the Spurs on the brink in their first home NBA Finals game since 1999.

New York is just the third team to win the first two games of an NBA Finals on the road, joining the 1993 Bulls and 1995 Rockets. No team has won the Finals after dropping Games 1 and 2 at home.

Polymarket’s championship winner market has swung sharply since the start of the series. San Antonio was priced at 64% to win the 2026 NBA championship going into the Finals. New York is now priced at 78% in that market. Polymarket’s Game 3 market is much closer, with the Knicks at 55% to win at home, suggesting traders still see a competitive game even as the series price has moved heavily toward New York.

Jalen Brunson remains the Knicks player to watch after scoring 30 points in Game 1 and following with 20 points and 6 assists in Game 2. Mikal Bridges also scored 20 in Game 2, giving New York another perimeter scoring option if San Antonio puts more effort into trying to contain Brunson. Karl-Anthony Towns has been New York’s steadiest frontcourt producer in the Finals, posting 18 points and 12 rebounds in Game 1 and 21 points and 13 rebounds in Game 2.

For San Antonio, Victor Wembanyama has continued to produce despite the Spurs’ losses, scoring 26 points with 12 rebounds in Game 1 and 29 points with 9 rebounds and 4 blocks in Game 2. De’Aaron Fox is another key Spurs player to watch after scoring 20 points in Game 2.

Polymarket’s NBA Finals MVP market has shifted again heading into Game 3. Brunson was the favorite entering Game 2 at 55%, with Wembanyama next at 42%. Ahead of Game 3, Brunson remains on top at 45%, but Towns has moved into second at 37% after opening the series with back-to-back double-doubles. Wembanyama has fallen to 20% with San Antonio down 2-0.
