Bill Gelman has been covering just about every aspect of the gambling industry since 2018. This right around the time when legal sports betting apps and retail sportsbooks were debuting around the Garden State. His work has appeared on national and regional websites, including Bodog, Masslive, Covers, Deadspin, Legal Sports Report, TheLines, and PlayNJ. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ithaca College.

During NFL season, Bill is known for going into do-not-disturb mode whenever his Philadelphia Eagles are playing. He needs the Birds to win two more Super Bowls so he can finally silence other family members from bragging about how the New York Giants still have more rings. In his spare time, Bill enjoys trying new restaurants with his family and traveling to warmer climates where snow shovels don’t exist.
