Colombia became the latest team to qualify for the World Cup Round of 32 after beating DR Congo 1-0 yesterday. The Colombians will join France, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, Mexico, and the USA in the knockout stage of the tournament.
Prediction markets give Switzerland a 42% chance of beating Canada today. Brazil is also in action against Scotland, while Morocco will face Haiti and Qatar takes on Bosnia and Herzegovina. Group A also concludes with South Africa vs. South Korea and Czechia vs. Mexico.

| First Team to Score (Canada) | 42% | 41% |
This game will determine who wins Group A. Switzerland could only draw 1-1 with Qatar in its opener despite dominating, but then beat Bosnia and Herzegovina 4-1. Canada battled to a 1-1 draw with Bosnia and Herzegovina before thrashing Qatar 6-0 on Matchday 2.
How Canada vs. Switzerland breaks down
The results left the teams level on four points apiece, but Canada has a better goal difference. That means Canada will finish first if it avoids defeat in this game. The Swiss will leapfrog Canada and clinch the top spot if they win, so the stakes are high.
Prediction sites make Switzerland the narrow favorite at 42%. The Swiss looked impressive in the second half of their 4-1 win over Bosnia and Herzegovina, with Johan Manzambi scoring two superb goals. They have a stronger midfield than Canada, led by captain Granit Xhaka, but the defense looks shaky, and they’re vulnerable on the counterattack.
Canada’s players should be full of confidence after that heavy win against Qatar. Cyle Larin scored for the second consecutive game, and Jonathan David fired in a hat-trick. The CanMNT is quick and dangerous on the counterattack, so it could cause problems for Switzerland’s defenders. Both teams to score is trading at 56%. That looks interesting, as it has paid off in six of Switzerland’s last seven games.
More World Cup odds for today’s matches
There are five more World Cup matchups taking place today. We’re now on Matchday 3, so all four teams in each group need to play simultaneously. That’s designed to prevent any team from gaining an unfair tactical advantage.
Bosnia and Herzegovina will take on Qatar, while Canada is playing Switzerland. Group C will conclude with Morocco vs. Haiti and Scotland vs. Brazil, and all four teams in Group A will then be in action at 9 p.m. ET.
Bosnia and Herzegovina vs. Qatar, 3 p.m. ET
These teams are fighting for third place in Group A. Prediction sites make Bosnia and Herzegovina the heavy favorite to win the match, which will be held in Seattle.
Kalshi vs. Polymarket odds on Bosnia and Herzegovina vs. Qatar (*trading available in 49 states)
| Market | Polymarket | Kalshi |
|---|---|---|
| Moneyline (Bosnia and Herzegovina) | 71% | 71% |
| Moneyline (Draw) | 18% | 19% |
| Moneyline (Qatar) | 12% | 12% |
| Spread (Bosnia and Herzegovina -1.5) | 47% | 45% |

| First Team to Score (Bosnia and Herzegovina) | 72% | 70% |
| First Team to Score (Neither) | 6% | 6% |
| First Team to Score (Qatar) | 25% | 25% |
Bosnia and Herzegovina played well in a 1-1 draw with Canada on Matchday 1. The Dragons were on course for another draw against Switzerland in their second game, but Manzambi broke the deadlock in the 75th minute. Tarik Muharemović was then sent off, and the team collapsed, losing 4-1.
Muharemović will be suspended for this game, but prediction markets still expect the Bosnians to win. Qatar will be missing two suspended players after Homam Ahmed and Assim Madibo were sent off in that 6-0 defeat to Canada. That result could knock the players’ confidence, so it’s easy to see why Bosnia and Herzegovina is favored for this match.
Morocco vs. Haiti, 6 p.m. ET
Morocco could finish top of Group C if it secures a heavy victory over Haiti in Atlanta today. Prediction markets give the Atlas Lions an 83% chance of winning the game, and they’re priced at 62% to cover a 1.5-goal spread. You can alternatively back them to cover a 2.5-goal spread, which is trading at 39%.
Kalshi vs. Polymarket odds on Morocco vs. Haiti (*trading available in 49 states)
| Market | Polymarket | Kalshi |
|---|---|---|
| Moneyline (Morocco) | 83% | 83% |

| First Team to Score (Morocco) | 83% | 83% |
| First Team to Score (Neither) | 4% | 4% |
| First Team to Score (Haiti) | 16% | 14% |
Morocco held Brazil to a 1-1 draw in its opener before grinding out a 1-0 win against Scotland on Matchday 2. That left the Atlas Lions level with Brazil on four points each, but they have an inferior goal difference. They will need to rack up a heavy win against Haiti to boost their chances of finishing first in Group C.
Haiti has already been eliminated after losing 1-0 to Scotland and 3-0 to Brazil. The Haitian attack has looked toothless, and Morocco has an elite defense. For that reason, “both teams to score – no” is trading at 60% with Polymarket, which looks like a good price. Ismael Saibari scored in both of Morocco’s games so far, and Polymarket prices him at 47% to find the back of the net in this match.
Scotland vs. Brazil, 6 p.m. ET
Brazil is the heavy favorite to beat Scotland when the teams lock horns in Miami this evening. The Seleção are fresh from a 3-0 win against Haiti, which should boost the players’ morale.

Vinícius Júnior has been the star of the show for Brazil at this tournament. He scored a superb goal to earn his team a 1-1 draw against Morocco, and he was on target again in that 3-0 victory over Haiti. Fellow forward Matheus Cunha also scored twice in that game.
Brazil’s other superstar, Raphinha, will miss this game through injury. That puts an even greater onus on Vinícius to take the game by the scruff of the neck. He’s priced at 39% to score with Polymarket, compared to 44% on Kalshi. You can also back him at 58% to either score or assist with Kalshi.
Scotland will fight for every ball, but Brazil’s superior quality could ultimately shine through, so the Samba Boys are heavy favorites. Markets price Brazil at 50% to cover a 1.5-goal spread, which could prove popular.
South Africa vs. South Korea, 9 p.m. ET
South Korea will clinch the runner-up spot in Group A if it beats South Africa at Estadio Monterrey tonight. Prediction sites give the Taegeuk Warriors a 59% chance of success.

South Korea secured a 2-1 comeback win against Czechia in its opener before losing 1-0 to Mexico. That left the team second in Group A, and it simply needs to avoid defeat tonight to guarantee a place in the Round of 32.
South Africa lost 2-0 to Mexico in the opening game of this tournament, but a 1-1 draw with Czechia kept its hopes of reaching the knockout stage alive. Prediction sites give South Africans only an 18% chance of winning this game. Under 2.5 goals has paid off in both of South Africa’s matches so far, and it’s priced at 54% in this game.
Czechia vs. Mexico, 9 p.m. ET
This is a meaningless game for Mexico, which has already won Group A. By contrast, Czechia is fighting for its World Cup survival, which could create an interesting dynamic inside Estadio Azteca in Mexico City tonight.

| Both Teams to Score (No) | 50% | 51% |

Mexico manager Javier Aguirre will probably take the opportunity to rest key players for this game. The likes of Raúl Jiménez and Edson Álvarez can enjoy a well-deserved breather after leading their team to wins against South Africa and South Korea. However, the players that come into the starting lineup will be keen to impress Aguirre, so Mexico is still the favorite to win this game.
The Czechs will have to overcome several obstacles: a partisan crowd at Estadio Azteca, high altitude in Mexico City, and a Mexico defense that has conceded just twice in its last 10 games. For those reasons, they’re the underdogs, and under 2.5 goals is trading at 54% with Kalshi and Polymarket.
